Originally designed for business and Industry negotiations and cross-cultural communications with on and off world businesses and corporations. All Mokotia are overseen and controlled by a Handler who has a Neuro link directly to the Mokotia. The prototypes were abandoned in the early stages due to the adverse affects on their Handlers.
